Prior to your first visit, please contact your insurance company and verify that my name, JAMES LOREE, LMSW, ACSW, CAAC, is listed as a contracted provider with them, even if you find your insurance company listed below. If my name is not listed with your insurance company, I suggest you ask your insurance if they reimburse "OUT OF NETWORK, LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKERS" for "OUTPATIENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPY."
Payment and/or copay is due at every session. To avoid paying the entire fee for missed sessions, my policy is for clients to contact me at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. No call/no shows, or canceled appointments within 24 hours will be billed at the full session rate, as insurance does not reimburse for no show appointments.

*Individual, couple, and family sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
*Individual insurance companies may have a negotiated reimbursement rate that is less than the above identified fees for service.
*Reduced rates may be available and negotiated upon client inquiry.
